I reserve the right to decline any commission that doesn’t align with my Do's and Don’ts, or if I feel the request is outside my skill level.

All works made by JAYXCE are NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, Bitcoin, and any form of cryptocurrency. I also do NOT authorize my work for any use in artificial learning programs, such as those used to create generative AI content.

NO DEADLINES! The estimated turnaround is between 2–20 weeks (about 0.5–5 months), depending on my current queue. If you’d like your order completed within a specific deadline, a rush fee will apply to prioritize your slot. I’ll make sure to update you if any circumstances arise that might delay your order or prevent me from finishing it on time.

You, as the client, guarantee that all provided materials are core subjects of the commission and are legally obtained and authorized by the copyright owner.

PLEASE PROVIDE VISUAL REFERENCES! As I wont be accepting orders based on written descriptions alone. To help me portray your character accurately, feel free to share their personality or lore (Toyhouse link, refsheet, Gdoc, etc. are welcome).

Personal Use Orders will receive a Watermarked HD of the order. While orders that fall under Commercial Use will receive both watermarked and non-watermarked HD of the order.

PAYMENT POLICY - Accepted Payment Method: 50% down payment of the final rate, with the remaining 50% due once the sketch is confirmed or Full payment upfront. I will start working once I receive the payment.

DOWN PAYMENTS - If the client does not respond to the artist within 14 days once receiving the sketches/drafts, the commission will be canceled, and the 50% down payment will NOT be refunded.

PAYMENT DEADLINE - Payment must be completed within 72 hours of receiving the invoice. Clients who fail to pay on time will have their orders cancelled.

REFUNDS - Refunds are generally unacceptable unless there is a valid reason. If you need to request a refund, please explain your situation so I can understand what is going on. Please note that forced chargebacks will result in a blacklisted and called out on social media to warn other artists. At the same time, If something unexpected comes up that keeps me from completing your commission, I may issue you a refund.circumstances that prevents me from completing your commission.

REFUNDS WILL BE CALCULATED - Refunds will be calculated based on the final total amount after all deductions:

PRICING ADJUSTMENTS - Prices may vary depending on complexity and additional details, such as: Highly detailed designs, Extra objects/characters, Detailed backgrounds.

RUSH FEE - If you require your order to be completed by a specific deadline, a rush fee of +50% of the original price will be applied to prioritize your commission.

ALL COMMISSIONED WORKS ARE PERSONAL USE ONLY - unless commercial rights have been purchased, reproduction of work in any manner and using it for commercial purposes is prohibited.

COMMERCIAL USE - covers physical and digital merchandise (such as books or convention goods) and promotional materials (like monetized videos, banners, and similar content). All Commercial Use projects: 2 × total price. For streamers and Vtubers, please refer to 'What counts as commercial use for VTubers and streamers' section below for more information.

Commercial use refers to the usage of my services for business or profit-making purposes. With the rise of VTubing as a profession, there has been ongoing discussion about what falls under commercial use for VTubers and Streamers. These terms may vary depending on the artist themselves. Under my terms, some things that are usually seen as Commercial Use won’t have extra fees and will still count as Personal Use.

I offer commission packages that already include commercial use rights. For other types of commercial usage (unless stated otherwise), an additional fee of 100% of the base price (2 × the original rate) will apply as mentioned in the "Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations – Commercial Use" section. As the artist, I reserve the right to be credited and publish the finished artwork in my personal portfolio and on my social media.

Upon reposting your commissioned artwork, please credit accordingly by citing and linking to any of the artist's relevant social media.

If an NDA was agreed to, upon the publishing of the full project by the client, I (the artist) will be granted the right to publicize my own work.

FOR REGULAR COMMISSIONS - I will give a couple of sketches & thumbnails before finishing the artwork. Maximum sketch revision is 5 TIMES. I won't be doing any more sketch revisions once the sketch is confirmed/reaches the revision limit. In the coloring/finishing phase, you may revise any inaccuracies or minor details missing. However, this MUST NOT require me to erase/change more than 10% of the artwork with the maximum revision of 3 TIMES. After that, there will be no more revisions.

FOR SKEB COMMISSIONS - There will be no back-and-forth communication or revisions during the creation process. The artist has the full creative freedom to interpret and execute the request, which may result in a final artwork that serves as a ‘surprise’ for the client.

DO NOT REMOVE MY WATERMARK! If the watermark is too big for the client, don't hesitate to let me know and I can make it smaller. However, if I feel like it is small enough, I have the right to refuse your request.

DO NOT EDIT/REVISE MY ARTWORK YOURSELF! Small tweaks requested are okay as long as they are pointed out per revision chance, so don't feel bad asking for lots of tweaks as long as your chances have not run out!

All informations and files shared between me and the client will be kept private and won’t be shared to other parties without permission from the client. This includes any personal or business-related details.

Only non-sensitive (Not under NDA) commission progress will be published on the artist's public to-do list.
